When
Mino Spada, President and owner of Mino's Cucina Italiana,
Inc. came to America from Italy in 1980, he brought the culinary
traditions of his family and his country.
Mino,
a native of the Puglia region in Southern Italy, grew up harvesting
grapes and olives. He embodies his mother's love of cooking
(she was a pastry maker) and his father's love of wine (he
was a winemaker).
Here
at Mino's these two passions are combined to create a Mediterranean
cuisine that includes pastas, seafood, veal, chicken, homemade
sauces, dressings and desserts.
Mino's
Cucina Italiana, Inc. is just that - an Italian kitchen where
the flavors abound and the ingredients are fresh and pure.
