Antipasto Classico

Toasted Italian bread topped with chopped fresh tomatoes, basil, olive oil and kosher salt
Carpaccio Alla Mino
Paper thin slices of raw Black Angus tenderloin topped with mixed greens, grated Romano Cheese and whole grain mustard. Dressed with olive oil, kosher salt,black pepper and fresh lemon juice. (Consuming rare or undercooked meat may increase your risk of food borne illness.)
Fried Calamari
Served with side of marinara sauce and a lemon wedge. Allow 30 minutes for fried.
Grilled Eggplant Parmesan
Grilled eggplant layered with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, topped with sun-dried tomatoes and marinara sauce.
Mino's Chicken Strips
Tender strips of chicken lightly sauteed and served with a side of marinara sauce.
Mozzarella Caprese
Fresh Italian mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil dressed with olive oil, kosher salt and black pepper.
Mussels
A bowl of mussels simmered in their own juice with a choice of garlic/olive oil/parsley sauce or marinara sauce
Oysters
Half dozen Maine oysters served with cocktail sauce.
Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella
Bite sizes skewers of fresh mozzarella wrapped with prosciutto crudo.
Shaved Prosciutto Crudo
Shrimp Cocktail
