Arugula alla Fragagnanese
Fresh arugula topped with overn roasted sweet red peppers and shaved Pecorino(Romano) cheese. Drizzled with etra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served with crostini that are hand rubbed with garlic and drizzled with olive oil and a pinch of kosher salt.
Caesar Salad
Spring mix greens with anchovies, croutons , fresh lemon juice tossed in a creamy caesar dressing.
Chicken Murge Salad
Spring mix greens tossed with sauteed chicken breast strips, mushrooms, zucchini,garlic and a fresh squeeze of lemon juice.
Garden Salad
Spring mix greens topped with mushrooms and black olives with choice of dressing: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Creamy Italian or Honey/Raspberry Vinaigrette
Insalata Alla Mino
Spring mix greens tossed with sauteed tenderloin tips and jalapenos. Topped with sun-dried tomatoes, sliced onions and gorgonzola cheese. Finished with balsamic vinaigrette.
Pesto Chicken or Salmon Salad
Baked salmon or chicken breast topped with zucchini sauteed in olive oil and garlic and served on a bed of spring mix salad greens. Topped with our own spinach pesto.
